I am disabled and don`t have insurance. I was in a boating accident on 6/23/96. The boat propeller hit me on my right leg 8inches above the ankle all the way to my hip area taking out about 1/2 of my lower knee bone,3 1/2 months in the hospital and about 5months in a hospital bed at home,with I believe 7 surgerys in all. I need some help in my pain management. I no longer have any insurance,please help!
